She is survived by: her husband Richard Charles Lewis; her children, Steven Lewis (Melissa) of Selbyville, Opal (Ralph Lipps) of Rock Cave, Deborah Sayre of Pickens and Denease Lewis of Helvetia; her granddaughters, Olivia Winkle and Kathy Bryan; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Heidi Bryan and Sarah Winkle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
