She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Hughes Fletcher and Patricia Lynn Gillespie Fletcher. She is survived by : her siblings, Kelly Lynn Fletcher Shuppe (Joseph) of Elkins and Charles Michael "Mike" Fletcher of Erie, PA; and her nephews, Reece Alexander Fletcher of Parkersburg and Oliver Hughes Fletcher of Parkersburg.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home - Elkins (120 1st St, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
