He was predeceased by: his parents, David Paugh and Ruth Paugh (Phillips); his brothers, Roger and Glen Paugh; and his granddaughter Precious Ann Potter.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Paugh (Pumphrey); his children, Lensie Owlen Paugh Jr. (Cassie), Jeanie Gambrill and Tina Saffle (Tim); and his siblings, Shelby Jean Beery (James) and David Paugh (Susan). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
