It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jean Skidmore of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter T. DeQuasie and Thelma G. Swezy DeQuasie; her husband Joe Edward Skidmore; and her brother Thomas DeQuasie. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Riffle of Lexington, KY.; and her grandsons, Tyler, Isaac and Alexander Kerns. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
