She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. Phares and Ruth Stalnaker Phares. She is survived by: her husband William "Bud" Kelly; and her children, Diane Meadows (Charlie), Joyce Minor (Bill), David Kelly (Patti), Mark Kelly (Betsy), Doug Kelly (Colleen) and Gary Kelly. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, five sisters and one brother.
