She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Simmons and Lillie Dove Weese Simmons; and her siblings, Ernest, Robert, John Simmons, Myrtle Hamrick and Marguerite "Tomboy" Byrne.
She is survived by: her spouse Dennis D. Hamrick; her son Daniel (Kathy); her granddaughter Heidi Bray (C. J.); her brother Henry "Pete" Simmons (Barb) of Elkins; her friend Dottie Daniels; Pam Schoonover.
