She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cunningham and Ida Belle Phillips Cunningham; her husband Mack Barkley; her son David Cunningham; her granddaughter Shelly Barkley; her siblings, Louella Cunningham, Mary Tingler (Newton), Louis Cunningham (Wanda), Roy Cunningham (Ann), Leonard Cunningham, Dale Cunningham (Virginia), Sampson Cunningham and Lincoln Cunningham (Betty); her sister-in-law Betty Jo Cunningham; and her close friend Dick Harr.
She is survived by: her son Bill Barkley; her siblings, Nancy Bennett (Paul), Arlene Tingler (Jim), Wade Cunningham and John Cunningham (Carolyn); her daughter-in-law Mary Cunningham; her stepsons, Bob Barkley (Wanda) and John Barkley (Kathy); her grandchildren, Cathy Kalar (Monty), Sandra Daniels (Ron), Weylin Barkley and Brent Warner; and her sisters-in-law, Louise and Bernice Cunningham. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; several great step-grandchildren; great-great step-grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Whitmer United Methodist Church, C/O Pam White, P. O. Box 227, Whitmer, WV 26296 in memory of Rachel.
