He was predeceased by: his father Floyd "F. E."; and his siblings, Floyd Runner, Sam Runner and Sue Cosco. He is survived by: his sons, Michael L. Runner (Gena) of Idamay, WV and Robert R. Runner (Katie) of Clayton, NC.; his sisters, Betsy Brown (Jerry) of Gainesville, FL, Elaine Runner of Elkins and Cheryl Runner of Elkins; and his grandsons, Dylan and Lucas Runner of Idamay, WV.
