He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Singleton (Scott) of St. Petersburg, FL.; his sister Maxine Roy of Elkins; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Roy of Clarksburg, Hannah of St. Petersburg, FL., Jacob of St. Petersburg, FL. and Cora Singleton of St. Petersburg, FL..
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 600 River Ave. Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 in memory of Roger.
