He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Gerald Warner Sr. and Phyllis Grace Schoonover Warner; and his wife Regina "Peanut" Ross. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Scott (Keith), Ashley Scott (Jason), Amber Hinchman (Benny), Heather Warner, Robert Swick and Matthew Crossland; his siblings, Ann Trail (Kenneth), Mary Tenney (Jay), Chris Warner and Sam Warner; and his nephew Shawn Ware.
