She was predeceased by: her parents, John Basil and Verlie Duncan Parrish; her husband Robert Lee Lewis, Sr.; her son David; and her brother Noble Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Lewis, Jr. of Elkins, WV, Nancy Lewis of Elkins, Mary Ann Leonard (Parker) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Betty Jo Legg (Rob) of Wilmington, NC and Judy Collins (John) of Kingsport, TN; her daughter-in-law Michelle Lewis of Stephens City, VA; and her grandchildren, Michaela Lewis-Lambert-Vanscoy, Dr. Cassie Leonard, Will Leonard, II, James Legg, Thomas Legg, Rachel Collins Steffl, Samuel Collins, Maggie Collins Lopez, Nickelous Lewis and Amanda Lewis. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
