He is survived by: his children, Mike Smith (Rose) of St Louis, MO, Conrad Smith of Elkins, Patrick Smith (Maryellen) of Elkins and Debra Sharp (Ron) of New Hope, VA; his sister Carol Reda Kyle of Mill Creek, WV; his grandchildren, Sean, Benjamin, Emily, Joseph, Mary Beth, Jacob and Abby; and his great grandchildren, Rhett, Axl, Caroline and Miya.
