She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford O. Blackburn, Sr. and Marilyn Wolf; her former husband Danny J. Sponaugle; her brothers, Clifford O. Blackburn, Jr. and Michael Wickline; and her father-in-law William J. Schmuff, Jr..
She is survived by: her former husband Walter R. Baublitz; her husband William John "Bill" Schmuff; her sons, David J. Sponaugle, Sr., Greg O. Sponaugle, Mathew D. Baublitz and Mark A. Baublitz; her stepson Kyle A. Stump; her siblings, Vincent Church and Helen Hartlove; her grandchildren, David J. Sponaugle, Jr., Tyler A. Sponaugle, Lillian R. Baublitz, Ella N. Baublitz, Mathew D. Baublitz, Jr. and Kalyb O. Sponaugle; and her mother-in-law Katherine Zissimos. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
