It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Sue Howard of Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance M. Howard and Verbena G. Tschantz; her son Timothy Spiva II; and her siblings, Tom, Boyd, James Allen Howard and Mary Jane Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Spiva (Laura) of Elkins, Amanda Spiva (Steven) of Elkins and Nika Spiva of Elkins; her grandchildren, Timothy Spiva III (Bryan Nelson), Selena Spiva, Kiara Miller, Aiden, Taylor, Grayson, Levi, Leeland, Leigha and Abrhyanna; her siblings, Sue Scott (Milton), Janet Phillips (Greg), Lisa Hinchman (Benny), Rickey, Doug, Steve and Nelson Howard; her sister-in-law Arlene Howard; her nieces, Kristy Ord and Ginny Wratchford; and the father of her children Timothy Spiva I.
