It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Lee Harris (Elkins, West Virginia), born in Buckhannon, West Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James L. Harris of Buckhannon and Eleanor Ruth "Shorty" Zickefoose Harris; his brother James L. Harris, Jr. (Dean) of Elkins; his son Timothy Ryan Harris of Buckhannon; his stepdaughters, Amy Radabaugh (Jeff) of Bridgeport, WV and April Ratliff of Bridgeport, WV; his half-sister Marilin Ann Foster; and his close friend Cheryl Canfield of Elkins.
