She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Wesley Ashcraft and Olive Cottrill Ashcraft; her husband William Charles "Charlie" Estep (Russell W. Harvey); and her children, Charleen Estep Stout (Denny) of Elkins and Charles "Chuck" William Estep (Kathi) of Weirton. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
