She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Arnold Hamrick of Elkins and Douglas Kirk Hamrick (Christa Holthouser) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Lee Anthony Wade, Sammi Marie Hamrick, Andrew Michael Hamrick and McKenna Breeann Hamrick; and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne and Mason Wade.
