William W. Kelly Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 90, William W. Kelly of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Charlottesville, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William W. Kelly to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Kelly and Virginia Goddin Kelly; his grandparents, W. B. Goddin and Fannie Mae Fansler Goddin; his wife Marilyn Jewell Kelly; and his son Gary E. Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Meadows (Charlie), Joyce Minor (Bill), David Kelly (Patti), Mark Kelly (Betsy) and Doug Kelly (Colleen); and his siblings, Tom Kelly and Janet McJilton of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Burial service will be private and due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no celebration of life at this time.
