She was predeceased by: her mother Augustene Justice Burkett (Tena); her son Anthony C. Thomas; and her stepdaughter Jessica Ayers. She is survived by: her husband Charley R. Ayers; her stepfather Robert DeHart, Sr.; her siblings, Michael (Mickey), Teresa DeHart Hice (Bob) and Robert (Bobby); her children, Tina Thomas Habor (Brian), Melanie Thomas Davis (Paul) and Robert Thomas (Brandy); her stepchildren, Kimberly Patterson and Charley R. Ayers, Jr. (Brittanie); and her pet Mikey. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three step grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
