He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Anderson and Betty Anderson; his daughter Jenny Anderson; and his siblings, Lawrence "Sam" Anderson and Vicky Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Anderson; his children, Philip "Andy" Anderson II and Missy Smith (Jason); his siblings, Fred Anderson (Tami), John Anderson (Cindy) and Phyllis Jean Payne (Bill); his grandchildren, Samantha Harper, Dakota Sands and Emma Anderson (Allison Carroll); his great grandchild Luke Daniel; and his nieces and nephews, Megan, Heather, Jason Paul, Neil, Nathan, Robie and Timmy John.
