She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dickens (Tracy), Linette Thaxton (Shug Thomas) and John Hafer Thaxton (Tina); her grandchildren, Jt Thaxton (Sierra), Joel Thaxton, Amy Grace Thaxton, Sean Gallagher and Scot Gallagher; and her great grandchild Ellie June Thaxton.
