She was predeceased by: her father Paul "Dutch" Mullenix (Cox). She is survived by: her brother Denver Mullenix; her former husband Michael Murphy; her husband Richard Eddy (Jesse Rankin); her children, Debra "Debbie" L. Davis of Pennsboro and Michael "Todd" Murphy (Robin Ingram) of Pennsboro; her grandson Jeremy Michael Davis (Lori) of Pennsboro; her great grandchildren, Rilynn Rae Davis, Laityn Lou Davis and Haidyn Hope Davis; and her sisters, Diana Bircher (Mike Still) of Cairo and Brenda Layfield (Delbert) of Harrisville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Raiguel Funeral Home (1200 E Main St, Harrisville, WV 26362). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
