He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Duty; his great-grandparents, Grady, Opal Runyon, Danny Aliff Sr. and Janice Aliff; and his siblings, Morgan Rayne Runyon, Octavia Marie Riley Runyon, Kagan Andrew Runyon and Ethaen Royce Runyon.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Runyon of Logan and Autumn Aliff of Huntington; his son Malakai Runyon; his grandmother Andrea Duty; his aunts and uncles, Lelia Hicks, Sandra Kaye Runyon, Faye Adkins, Sherena Johnson, Myste "BooBoo" Wentz, Jazzamine Burns, Paul Boring III, Cameron Boring and Whiskey Burns; and his cousins, Blake Hicks, Benjamin Adkins, Paige Hicks, Kylenne Johnson, Lilly Johnson, Glenn Johnson, Jada Wentz, Kyng and Tygan.
