He is survived by : his parent Rush Perry Sr; his wife Teresa Perry of Logan; his children, Amber Perry of Glen Allen, Blane Perry of Manassas and Brett Perry of Cleveland; his stepson Joshua Ball of Huntington; his siblings, Rush Perry of Norge, Linda Padgett of Hampton and Margaret Bridgford of Lake Placid; his grandchildren, Calob Ball, Dylan Ball (Amber), Jackson Ball, Grayson Ball (Blane), Sarah Ball, Brooke Ball (Brett) and Joseph Ball (Joshua); and also Workman Perry of Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
