It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Thomas Keplinger (Ethel, West Virginia), born in Maysville, West Virginia, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Thomas Keplinger and Clara Dorothy Keplinger Rohrbaugh (Rohrbaugh); his daughter Michelle Keplinger; and his brothers, Gary, Dale and Gerald Keplinger.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Jean Keplinger (Carr); his children, Kevin Leonard Keplinger (Carole) of Parsons, WV, Kimberly Dawn Cayton (George) of Burlington, Christina Kaye Hardesty (Kristopher) of Terra Alta, WV, Tonya Reene Keplinger of Westernport, MD and Nathan Aaron Keplinger (Miranda Jackson) of Orange, VA; and his sisters, Dorothy Gillaspie of Mount Storm, WV, Rose Wratchford of Petersburg, WV, Thelma Kuykendall of Virginia, Madeline Halford of Westminister, MD, Eilene Porter of Maysville and Linda Hedrick of Maysville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
