Wagner (Lee) of Lewisburg; her brothers, Glenville Ratliff of Ronceverte and Charles Edward Ratliff (Gerri) of Marine City, MI; her siblings-in-law, Karen Bragg of Charleston and Lynn Callison of Rainelle; her grandchildren, Brittany Kinsey, Kambria Wagner, Kassey Wagner, Kaleb Wagner, Khloe Wagner, Kaylynn Wagner, Kaylee Wagner, Ariaunna Wagner, Arminda Wagner, Todd Wagner, Chance Wagner and Levi Wagner; and her stepgranddaughter Aira Rudd.
