She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Goff and Etta Ellen Goff (Hose); her husband Joseph Judson "Jud" Feather; and her sisters, Freda Cline and Edith Holmes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Freme of Fairmont and Nancy Jo Riley of Clendenin, WV; her grandchildren, Benjamin Michael Riley (Cindy), Mikaela Jo Canterbury (David), Kristopher Matthew Freme (Amy) and Craig Patrick Freme; and her great grandchildren, Josephine Olivia Canterbury, Carlee Jo Canterbury and Paige Canterbury.
Due to this unknown time with the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a private service.
