It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Ann Toothman of Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Eugene Toothman and Mary Frances Slocum Toothman; and her sister Rhea. She is survived by : her husband David "Meatloaf" Ford; her children, Melissa Jones and Jason Jones (Roxanne Greynolds Jones); her grandchildren, Damarian Jones, Navontae Greynolds, Azlynn Cuttingham, Kentrall Jones Clay, Samara Jones, Jasonna Jones, Sicory Watson, Jayden Jones, Ameliana Urias, Nakiyah Clay, Shawn Turner II and Tyreek Turner; and her brother John Paul Toothman.
