He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Lewis Eddy and Florence Elizabeth Tennant Eddy; his son John Earl Eddy; his grandson Nathaniel Shriver; and his siblings, Olen Lewis Eddy, Eileen Moore, Louella Bane, Regina Olive Eddy, Betty Pearl Eddy and Ruby Copeland.
He is survived by : his wife Reta "June" Eddy; his children, Tammy Shriver (Delbert) and Ronald Eddy; his grandchildren, Thomas Shriver, Dylan Eddy and Cody Eddy; his great grandchildren, Cordelia Eddy and Charisma Eddy; his siblings, Paul Eddy and Janice Brummage; his nephew Johnny Williams; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
