Carroll Smarr Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2020, at the age of 77, Carroll Smarr Jr. of Fairview, West Virginia, born in Wooster, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carroll Smarr Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Carroll Lee Smarr Sr. and Elizabeth Francis Smarr Tilton; his son Wilford Lee Smarr; his brother Edward Smarr; and his foster father George C. Shearer.

He is survived by : his wife Alma Jean Smarr; his children, Kimberly Smarr (Scott Ashworth) of Fairview, Carole Jean Smarr McMillen (Mike) of Morgantown and Robert Scott Smarr (Kelly) of Worthington; his grandchildren, Michael Boore, Sammuel Ryan, Elizabeth Campbell, Kendra Arnold and Katlyn Ryan; his great grandchildren, Dyson Boore, Braxton Fluharty, Lillian Boore, Lydia Campbell and Gwyndolyn Arnold; and his siblings, Robert Smarr (Sharon) of Fostoria, OH and Helen Hermann of Newton Falls, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
