She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter A. Tennant and Lillie C. Haught Tennant; her husband Denzil Walls; her siblings, Paul Tennant and Lucille Tennant; and her nephew John Paul Tennant.

She is survived by : her daughter Marilesa Yost (Rob) of Bridgeport; her sister-in-law Helen Tennant; and her nephew Peter Jay Tennant.
