It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Cook of Fairview, West Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertha Cumberledge and Ross Ammons; her husband Jack Cook; her son Joe; her children-in-law, Diane Cook and Jeff Amos; her granddaughter Peggy Sanders; and her brother Patrick Cumberledge.

She is survived by : her children, Patty Hebden (Gary) of Morgantown, Connie Criado (Bill) of Idamay, Randy Cook (Beth) of Stantonville, TN, Debbie Cook of Fairview, Jenny Amos of Canton, MI and Rick Cook (Denise) of Mannington; and her siblings, Sue Shriver of Wadestown and Mike Cumberledge of Lorain, OH.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters.
