He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert George Kushner and Audra Maysel Holcomb Kushner. He is survived by: his wife Cathy L. Kushner; and his siblings, Marie Kushner, Carolyn Mattix (James), John Kushner and Paul Kushner.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice.
