He is survived by: his children, James Michael Waugh of Wheeling, WV, Shyria Works of Wheeling, WV and Brenden Thompson of Wheeling, WV; his grandchildren, Renesmee Dawn Waugh, James Michael Waugh Jr. and Domenic Works; and his sister Nancy Pratt (Orville) of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew and numerous cousins and friends.
