He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John C. Williams Jr. and Edna Atkins Williams; his wife Ruth Ann Crawford Williams; his children, Keith M. Williams (Kim) and Kristen W. Mills; and his grandchildren, Mikaela M. Williams and Nicklas J. Mills.
