He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucy Hill (Cross) and Harry Hill; his wife Joyce Hill (Lockhart); his grandson Jason Eckard; and his siblings, Mildred Everson, Robert Hill and Gail Hill (Anita).

He is survived by : his daughters, Roni J. McCulley (Darren), Robin L. Kerr (Michael Davis) and Renee E. Hill; his grandchildren, Carrie Szoka (Andy), Stephanie Elick (Matthew), Michelle Eckard, Erica Eckard, Hillary Kerr (Keelan Doughtery), Gregory Kerr (Kathleen), Tabitha Lindeman, Samantha Lindeman and Cooper Lindeman; his great grandchildren, Owen, Ashton, Claire, Jayce, Joshua, Baby Szoka, Madelynne, Emmalynne and Bexley; and his sisters, Elwanda Poling, Betty Rodriguez and Sandra Gardner (Bob).
