It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil Bruce Browning (Fort Gay, West Virginia), born in Man, West Virginia, who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall David and Olive Louise Lykins Browning. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Simpkins, Laura Browning and Jennifer Rafferty; his sisters, Thelma Burgess and Loraine Tucker; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Browning, Jocelyn Santiago, Mollie Rafferty, Joshua Browning, Jorge Santiago and Jeremy Basford. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
