He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Edward Holt, Sr. and Elwanda Joy Andrews Holt; and his siblings, Lana Holt and Randy Holt. He is survived by : his wife Linda Yates Holt; his children, Terri White (Brad) and Bryan Holt (Sarah); his grandchildren, Shelley White and Sean White; and his sisters, Cindy Locke and Joy Jackson (Don).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home - Chapel (111 W Main St, Louisa, KY 41230). A masonic service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Lynch Cemetery.
