She was predeceased by : her parents, Emery Cyrus and Viola Cyrus (Tackett). She is survived by : her stepdaughter Samantha Smith; her siblings, Pharon "Bud" Cyrus, Vinson Dee Cyrus, Linda Elliott, Margaret Meade and Okey Picklesimer; and her close friend Diane Short. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses. Please consider making a donation to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
