She was predeceased by : her parents, Delores Basnett Pennell and George Mayle. She is survived by : her husband John Wesley Fortney; her daughters, Stacy Fortney (Brent) of Louisa, KY and Trista Swiger (Jay) of Grandview, IN; her grandchildren, Teia Swiger of Fort Gay, WV, Shay Swiger (Adrian) of Louisa, KY, Shayna Watson (Blake) of Lexington, KY and Tanner Swiger of Grandview, IN.; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Kinsley Caudill of Fort Gay, WV, Bailey Swiger of Louisa, KY, Raylen and Reid Watson of Lexington, KY.; and her stepfather Clinton Pennell. She is also survived by two brothers, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
