He is survived by : his daughters, Cortina Rogers (Elmer) of Fort Gay, WV, Alexis Holbrook, Jr. (Kyle) of Wheeling, WV and Crystal Dow; his siblings, Joann Smith of Wayne, WV, Linda Grimmett of Fort Gay, WV, Hazel Mosley (Willard) of Robinette, WV, Goldie Wiley (Owen) of Ranger, WV, Leon Vincell of Huntington, WV, Jimmy Vincell of Thomasville, NC and Leonard Vincell of Thomasville, NC; his grandchildren, Brayden Rogers, Sterling Holbrook and Kylinn Holbrook; and his close friends, Everett, Minnie Newcomb, Kaylee Gilkerson, Sammy Mosley, III, Teddy Robertson and Chad Sammons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
