She is survived by : her husband Jim Chaffin; her sons, Rod Chaffin and Ronald Chaffin; her grandsons, Thomas Chaffin (Angela), Anthony Chaffin, Gabriel Chaffin and Garrick Chaffin; her sisters, Connie Williamson and Rebecca Pertee; and her siblings-in-law, Delsea Evans, Beulah Chaffin and Charles Chaffin.
