He is survived by : his sons, Buck Spears (Patty) and Billy Spears (Tammy); his grandchildren, Lisa Methax, Jill Kitts, Amanda Jackson, Colin Kelley, Bobby Spears and Lacy Spears; and his sister Nell Dora Hatfield. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
