He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Clark; his children, Sharell Clark (Patricia) of Foster, Douglas Clark (Kay) of Foster and Darlene Neal (Eugene) of Palm Coast, FL; his brother Corvan Clark (Virginia) of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Melissa Carpenter (Ron), Cheryl Blackburn (Keith), Jack Clark (Karen), Douglas Clark, II (Crystal), Christopher Long (Cassie) and John Quinlan (Stacy). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
