He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. "Bud" Boone and Dorothy "Dot" Martin Boone; and his brother Roger Boone. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hammond Boone; his children, Grant Hammond (Sonya) of Matewan, WV, Logan Hammond of Fairmont, WV, Pam, Maria, William and Cheyanne; his grandchildren, Joshua, Keira and Cole Hammond; his sister Suzanne Fulaytar (Mark "Buddy") of Katy, WV; and his sibling's children, Ashley Ice (Rocky), Whitney Porter (Paul) and Steven Fulaytar (Monica). He is also survived by several cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
