He was predeceased by: his parents, Elish Burl Blair and Daisy Mae Ables Blair; and his siblings, Freddie Blair, Johnnie Blair and Sarah Blair.
He is survived by: his daughter Crislin Blair of Four States; his siblings, Mike Blair of Buckhannon, Russel Blair of Clarksburg, Ricky Blair of Bridgeport, J. R, Lee Blair of Clarksburg, Nancy Gillespie (Bill) of Salem, Nell White (Roger) of Clarksburg, Martha Buller (William) of Clarksburg, Janet Gillespie (Joe) of Anmoore and Laura Zickefoose of Anmoore; and his grandson Mason Blair (Crystal Jones) of Four States. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
