It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda F Brandenburg of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Petersburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, David Cook and Phyllis "Jackie" Cook (Scarborough); and her adoptive parents, Robert Hale (Wanda Hale) and Wanda Hale. She is survived by : her husband Hank Brandenburg; her daughter Theresa Jarvis (Dave); her grandchildren, Gavin Panipinto and River Jarvis; and her siblings, Julian Benoit (Tiffany), John Hale (Melinda), Jason Benoit, Elizabeth "Dale" Szulczyk (Kenny) and Charlotte Frola. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
