She is survived by: her significant other Andy Proctor; her children, Samantha McCallister, Kaiden Proctor and Grayson Proctor; her grandson Kolten Riley; her siblings, Tina Nutter (Ernie Miller) of Buffalo, WV, Vicky Crouser of Fraziers Bottom, WV, Deborah Burks (Johnny) of St. Albans, WV, Kimberly Burks and Phillip Ross Burks; and her pets, Max and Barnie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
