With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Cowan of Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Cline and Selma Hodges Cowan; his wife Peggy Ann Akers Cowan; his daughters, Joyce A. Frazier Cowan (David Free Jr.) and Tammy Cowan (Rusty); his grandchildren, Nikki Herdman (RD), Jerrica Frazier and Albert Frazier; his great grandchildren, Lola, Everett and River; and his siblings, Judy Meadows, Linda Holley, Otis, Gene Cowan, Calvin and Danny Akers. He was also cherished by extended family full of loving nieces and nephews, and friends.
