It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Blain of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Pearson and Rena Pearson; her husband Lee Otis; her children, John Blain and Julie Webb; and her siblings, Ruth Birchfield and Fred Pearson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Otho Pearson and Eloise Nibert; her daughter-in-law Sue Blain; and her grandchildren, Greg Blain (Lacy), James Blain (Diana), Sharon Webb and Jarrod Webb. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, friends.
